We went to get the ultrasound today and found out we are having a GIRL!!!! I had them check like 4 different times just to be sure. I still can't believe it and we are way excited! Especially my boys, they have been praying for a sister! So she is healthy and is measuring just right! I can't believe I will no longer be the only girl in the Duke Fam!!

Back to School!!

I had to threaten Aaron's life in order to get this picture, but isn't he just the cutest!! HA HA! Anyway he started at the U today and his little sidekick, Cole, didn't know what to do without him! He has had his dad the entire summer and now it is back to school and a little less daddy time. But it will all be worth it in the end!! Good luck Aaron!!

SURPRISE!!

I was quite surprised this last may when I didn't receive my monthly "friend"! We were camping in Blanding at the time and Aaron didn't think anything about it. He said just wait a few days and see. I told him "Aaron the only time my period is late, is when I am pregnant!". He still was not convinced! I pretty much was positive that I was, and wanted to be sure. We went into town to get some lunch and my sister Natalie went and got me a pregnancy test. So in the Blanding visitors center bathroom I found out that baby #4 was on it's way! We really were surprised by this news, but very happy at the same time!! Bradley and Jordan asked if they could have a little sister this time and I said I would try! So everyone cross your fingers for a girl(except Aaron of course, he's happy with all boys!), but with our record I really would not be surprised if it was another boy! But boys are OK in our book!;) I am 14 weeks now and just got stitched up last week. So everything is going really well and the baby's doing great!

Funny Boy

I was putting the boys to bed the other night and we have a pretty good routine set! I read them a book then we get kisses and hugs all around and then as I am shutting the door they usually have something to say to me to prolong their going to bed. This was the conversation I had with Bradley as I was about to shut the door.

Bradley: Mom, can Heavenly Father hear me when I say my prayers?

Me: Yep, he can

Bradley: Can he hear me even when I am talking really really quiet?

Me: Yes buddy, even when your really quiet

Bradley: Wow mom, Heavenly Father must have really big ears!

The Injury of the Day...

Aaron got stitches last night due to a tile injury. He seriously has something against his hands! He has chopped off his thumb and had it re-attached, he has a plastic knuckle and just a few months ago he broke his finger. So this is the next finger injury and we will see what happens next to his poor hands!
